บริษัท ศิวะ เทสติ้ง อินสเพ็คชั่น แอนด์ คอนซัลติ้ง จำกัด ก่อตั้งโดย ดร.ศิวะ พงศ์พิพัฒน์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญวิศวกรรมพลังงานและวัสดุ สำเร็จการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล จากคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ระดับปริญญาเอก เกียรตินิยมอันดับ 1 จากมหาวิทยาลัย สตุตการ์ด สหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี จดทะเบียนเป็นนิติบุคคลประเภทบริษัทจำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2525 ทะเบียนเลขที่ 782/2525 (ทะเบียนปัจจุบันเลขที่ 0105525007826) และเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องมาตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 30 ปี ปัจจุบันมีทุนจดทะเบียน 54 ล้านบาท
